FIRED HEATER

Tekin Muhendislik with join venture of UK company. is specialized in the design, engineering, fabrication, supply and erection of Fired Heaters (FHs) and related equipment for the oil, gas and petrochemical industries.
Our range of equipment includes crude heaters, charge heaters, platforming, topping, vacuum, visbreaker, bitumen, hydrofining heaters, hydrodesulfurization (HDS) heaters, regeneration gas, Waste Heat Recovery Units (WHRCs), gas incinerators, special boilers, indirect heaters, and all kinds of FHs for refinery general services.
The FH’s duties we manage range from below 1 MW up to 100 MW, based on each project’s requirement.
Our qualified staff and sophisticated design and process tools enable us to handle any complex issues related to heat transmission and combustion control, heat recovery systems, emissions reduction, and noise attenuation.
Specifically, we can offer the thermal design of all kinds of FHs, and customize it to meet Clients’ requirements in terms of duty, efficiency, pressure drop, etc.
Our FH’s design is typically developed according to API Standard 560 (ISO13705) and any applicable standards/specifications. In-house simulation software is used in conjunction with the most common international programs, such as FRNC-5 Simulation Software (PFR) and Win Heat Thermal Rating & Design Software.
We supply FHs’ complete packages, including combustion air preheaters, Forced Draft (FD) and Induced Draft (ID) fans, feed pumps, connecting piping, and related instrumentation.
In addition, we design and supply skids for fuel conditioning and combustion control, as well as Burner Management Systems (BMSs) to help minimize risks, ensure top quality, and provide high reliability of the heater’s complete package, thus guaranteeing long-lasting trouble-free operation.
When required, FHs are specifically designed in consideration of site constraints, such as plot area limitations, the necessity to use the existing stack or foundations, etc.
We can also manage complete turn-key projects, from design, fabrication and supply, transport, civil activities, site construction (mechanical, piping, electrical, and instrumentation) to commissioning and start-up.
