Tekin manufactures pressure vessels, steam boilers, waste heat boilers, heat exchangers, fired heater, incinerator, flue ducts, piping and skids in accordance with international standards to meet special customer requests.

All activities from material requisitions to the product delivery are implemented in accordance with our Quality Assurance System.

General Information

TEKIN was established the factory to operate in the Oil & Gas and Energy sectors and Industrial Plant Commitment. Since 2020, it has been operating in its own facilities in Kemalpaşa - İzmir.

TEKIN, which has all kinds of Design, Manufacturing and Implementation capacity and competence related to its field of activity, has successfully completed many domestic and international projects so far. It has received ASME S, U, U2, R certificates, which are preferred in the all-process plants and packagers and the Boiler, Pressure Vessel, Petroleum, Petro-chemistry, Fired Heater Incinerator and Energy sectors. TEKIN can make CE marking in accordance with the pressure vessels directive (PED).

Having a closed production area of 3200 m2, administrative offices of 750 m2, a warehouse of 200 m2 and an open stock area of 4000 m2, Tekin provides services with the desired features with its experienced expert staff and machinery.

Tekin has been designing/contracting in accordance with ASME, EN, TRD, AD-Merkblatter, API standards and proved to be capable of engineering any system requiring thermal, strength, expansion etc. calculations including pipelines. At the same time, Tekin has practice to manufacture systems/equipment and contract projects under international third-party surveillance and approval.
